Bolt, to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> A part of the Northwest'/4 of the Northwest'/4 of Section Thirty-One(3 1)Township <br /> Seventeen (17) North, Range Three (3) East of the Yd P.M., more particularly <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly Right of Way <br /> line of the Illinois Central Railroad with the East line of the Public Road lying along <br /> the West side of Section 31, Township 17 North, Range 3 East of the 3`d P.M., <br /> Thence North along the East line of said public road a distance of 350 feet; thence <br /> East to the Northerly Right of Way line of the Illinois Central Railroad; thence <br /> Southwesterly along said Northerly Right of Way line to the place of beginning. <br /> Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br />
