RESOLUTION NO. R2017-96 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> WITH CRAWFORD,MURPHY& TILLY,INC., TO PERFORM <br /> LAND ACQUISITION SERVICES FOR THE <br /> BRUSH COLLEGE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 2009-33 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the professional services agreement authorizing land acquisition services <br /> for the Brush College Road Improvement project, presented to the Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and Crawford Murphy& Tilly, Inc. in the amount of$168,375, be, and the same <br /> is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
