Property to the north,east,and west is located in the County. The <br /> lot contains approximately 0.4595 acres. The lot is improved with a residence. The property owner wishes to annex to obtain city <br /> services. The following information is relevant to the areas in question: <br /> 1. City Water is currently available and not connected to the subject property. <br /> 2. No additional public infrastructure or municipal services are needed or contemplated. <br /> 3. Decatur Fire response distance and time averages 4.1 miles and 9 minutes,respectively. <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTION: None <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: The plat and annexation request has been reviewed by Engineering,Finance,Fire,Legal, <br /> Macon County Health Department,Municipal Services Division,Planning&Building Services,Neighborhood Services,and <br /> Water Services.
