(Except coal and other minerals underlying the surface of said <br /> land and all rights and easements in favor of the Estate of said coal and other <br /> minerals). Situated in Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from B-2 Commercial District to M-1 Intense Commercial/Light Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
