COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3324 FERRIS DRIVE, DECATUR, ILLINOIS 62521 <br /> PIN# 17-12-33-302-006 <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land <br /> within such territory and by at least 51%of the electors residing therein, and that said <br /> territory is contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or <br /> incorporated town or other municipality, and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as <br /> required. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
