RESOLUTION NO. R2017-110 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH TRAFFIC CONTROL <br /> CORPORATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL MODULES, <br /> CITY PROJECT 2017-14 <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for City Project 2017-14, LED Traffic <br /> Signal Module Replacement project be, and they are hereby, received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Traffic Control Corporation be accepted and a contract <br /> awarded accordingly, and that said contract between Traffic Control Corporation and the City of <br /> Decatur is for a total amount of$67,108.50 in State Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor Pro Tempore and City Clerk be, and they are hereby <br /> authorized and directed to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Traffic <br /> Control Corporation, for said plan, in the amount of$67,108.50 in State Motor Fuel Tax funds. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 5h day of September, 2017. <br /> Dana M.
