ORDINANCE NO. 2017- 5I__ ORDINANCE APPROVING ADDITION OF SITES TO PUBLIC BUILDING COMMISSION LEASE 42405 N. WOODFORD STREET AND MACON COUNTY STOCK PILE NO. 4)- BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: WHEREAS,the City adopted the original resolution for the creation of the Decatur Public Building Commission("Commission"); and WHEREAS,the Commission has entered into a Multiple Facilities Lease Agreement dated June 1, 2005 and subsequently amended ("Lease") between the Commission, as lessor, and The County of Macon, Illinois, ("County"), as lessee, providing for the County's leasing from the Commission certain sites within the municipal limits of the City, which sites the City has previously approved; and WHEREAS,the Commission and the County now wish to include as additional sites to the Lease property located at 2405 N. Woodford, Decatur, Illinois known as Macon County Highway Department Buildings and Macon County Stock Pile No. 4. Section 1. That pursuant to 50 ILCS 20/14(a)(1)and the Lease,the addition of the property commonly known as 2405 N. Woodford Street and the Macon County Stock Pile No. 4, Decatur, Illinois, legally described in Exhibit A, are hereby approved as sites to be added to the Lease. Section 2. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to sign any said documents for and on behalf of the City, evidencing the approval granted hereby.
