On behalf of TKG'S Thing Heaven Family Owned and Operated Chicken ging Franchise locate at 760S. Franklin St., in Decatur; Illinois, we would like to present the.following proposed Petition for Rezoning Conditional Use Permit our current site by adding a Drive-rip Windolr. We propose to accomplish this bl,converting a current and fully operational window, that's located on the South Side of our-current structure into a Drive-up Serviceable Window by adding an Expandable Service Tray. Please reference our attached Site Plan. This proposed cosmetic change will serve to enhance and better support our new Orr-line Ordering Service by allowing out-Pre paid customers the convenience to pick up their orders at the new Drive-up Windox�. In addition, this proposal will eliminate the need,for our pre-paying guests to park their vehicles, come inside our facility and then have to wait in line behind walk-in guests to receive their order Subsequenth; in addition to this Petition for Rezoning, we are attaching a request for a l'ariance that will allow,for a 5-CarStacking to the proposed Drive-up ff'indotit, location based on these projections. The Drive-up Kindow will be used to serve those customers who have placed a Pre paid On-line Order with TKG S Wing Heaven and those able to present ars with a veritable match to their On- line Order Numbers.
