Bean <br /> County Clerk <br /> Macon County <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2017-48 <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> FROM 0-1 OFFICE DISTRICT TO <br /> R-6 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> - 102. 110 AND 118 NORTH EDWARD STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of September, 2017, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Tom Olmstead, to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lots Three (3), Four (4) and Five (5) of James J. Finn's Subdivision of Lot Four <br /> (4) of the Resurvey of the South Half of Block Twelve (12)of Western Addition to <br /> the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 149, Page 381 of the Records in <br /> the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois. Situated in Macon County, <br /> Illinois, <br /> from 0-1 Office District to R-6 Multiple Dwelling District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br />
