Partnership,to rezone premises legally described as: <br /> Lot One (1) of Gaitros Subdivision, a Subdivision of Lot One (1) of Mound <br /> Properties Second Addition to the City of Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book <br /> 1832,Page 498 of the Macon County,Illinois Recorder of Deeds,situated in Macon <br /> County, Illinois. <br /> Except any interest in the coal, oil, gas and other minerals underlying the land <br /> which have been heretofore conveyed or reserved in prior conveyances, and all <br /> rights and easements in favor of the estate of said coal, oil, gas and other minerals, <br /> if any, <br /> from B-3 Planned Shopping Center District to 0-1 Office District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br />
