Pruok: ---41603 Page: 11'05 Permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Jeff Abbott, Fire Chief on behalf of the City of Decatur as the petitioner, and only to Jeff Abbott, Fire Chief on behalf of the City of Decatur to allow for the construction of a Government Building(Fire Station) in the R-3 Single Family Residence District. 1. Final site, landscaping and lighting plans shall be submitted to and approved by the Economic and Community Development Department, Public Works Department and the Fire Department prior to building permits being released. 2. Greenridge Drive shall be improved. Improvements shall extend from Mound Road north to the point where fire trucks will stop to back into the station 3. Parking shall be restricted on the east side of North Greenridge Drive from West Mound Road to the northern property line of the proposed Fire Station and on the west side of North Greenridge Drive directly across from the proposed Fire Station's driveway including an extra 20 feet north of said driveway and 17 feet south of said driveway. Section 3. That said Conditional Use Permit granted hereby, be, and it is hereby, made subject to the applicable provisions and requirements of Ordinance No. 3512, as amended, the same being the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Decatur, Illinois, and that the Zoning Map of said City be amended to show the granting and existence of this Conditional Use Permit.
