Provide Architectural and Engineering design services for the an estimated 8,400 square foot new fire station to replace the existing fire station 5 facility. The new fire station 5 will be located at the site commonly known as 330 W Mound Road,Decatur,IL 62526. Architect shall use,incorporate and design the drawings and its services around and subject to the concept design prepared by Dewberry architects Inc,dated October 3,2017. Reference Exhibit A for summary of Scope of Work. §1.2 The Owner's anticipated dates for commencement of construction and Substantial Completion of the Work are set forth below: .1 Commencement of construction date: Estimated start of construction shall be June 2018,or as mutually agreed upon by the Owner and Architect .2 Substantial Completion date: I Estimated date of Substantial Completion shall be April 2019,or as mutually agreed upon by the Owner and Architect.
