-,ruz_ �4� <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> THIS LEASE AGREEMENT made and entered into by the CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS,a municipal corporation, (the "Lessor") and CROSSING <br /> HEALTHCARE, an Illinois not-for-profit Corporation in good standing and currently <br /> located at 320 East Central Avenue Decatur, Illinois("Lessee"), <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> 1. Premises. The Lessor does hereby demise and lease to Lessee the <br /> following legally described real estate ("Premises") situated in Macon County,Illinois: <br /> Lots Three(3),Four(4), Five (5), Six(6), Seven(7),Eight(8),Nine(9), <br /> Ten(10), Eleven(11),Twelve(12),Thirteen(13),Fourteen(14),Fifteen <br /> (15), Sixteen(16), Seventeen(17), Eighteen(18),Nineteen(19),Twenty <br /> (20),Twenty-One(21), Twenty-Two (22),Twenty-Three(23),Twenty- <br /> Four(24), Lot Twenty-Five(25)EXCEPT: Commencing at the Southwest <br /> corner of said Lot 25;thence North 26.00 feet;thence Southeasterly to a <br /> point being 12.89 feet East from the Southwest corner thereof;thence <br /> West 12.89 feet to the point of beginning and Lot Twenty-six(26) all in <br /> Block One (1) of Durfee, Warren and Co.'s First Addition to the City of <br /> Decatur, as per Plat recorded in Book 50,Page 366 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County,Illinois.
