RESOLUTION NO. 82018-41 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH <br /> HOMER TREE CARE,INC. <br /> FOR REMOVAL OF TREES AND BRUSH ALONG WILLIAM STREET ROAD <br /> EMBANKMENT <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for Removal of Trees and Brush along <br /> William Street Road Embankment, and presented to the Council herewith, be received and <br /> placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Homer Tree Care, Inc., be accepted and a contract awarded <br /> accordingly; and that said contract between Homer Tree Care, Inc., and the City of Decatur is <br /> for a total amount of$35,000 in Water Lake Services funds. <br /> Section 3.
