That the Lift Station Easement and Access Agreement presented to the City <br /> Council herewith between the City of Decatur and Clifford Mason, for the following legal <br /> description be, and it is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> EASEMENT FOR SANITARY PUMP STATION <br /> A part of Lot 16 of County Fair Commercial/Industrial Park II as per plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832 on page 148 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> Said PERMANENT EASEMENT described as follows: Beginning at the Southwesterly <br /> corner of said Lot 16, said point being the intersection of the Southeasterly Right of way <br /> line of County Fair Drive and the Northeasterly right of way line of Illinois Route 121; <br /> thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 16 to the Southeasterly <br /> corner of said Lot 16; thence Northeasterly along the Southeasterly line of said Lot 16 for <br /> 38.0 feet; thence Northwesterly along a line parallel with Southwesterly line of said Lot <br /> 16 for 35.0 feet; thence Southwesterly along a line parallel with the Southeasterly line of <br /> said Lot 16 for 26.0 feet; thence Northwesterly along a line parallel with the <br /> Southwesterly line of said Lot 16 to the Northwesterly line of said Lot 16; thence <br /> Southwesterly 12.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
