Council Demolition Narrative <br /> May 2018 <br /> 974 S. Belmont. This property was posted as unfit for Human Habitation on March 12, 2018 due to the <br /> large amounts of black mold on the interior. Water service was terminated on November 24, 2015. <br /> Both the gas and electric meters are in the locked position. <br /> 661 W. Center. This property was posted as unfit for Human Habitation on July 15, 2016 due to a fire <br /> that left the house structurally unsafe. Water service was terminated on June 19, 2012. Both the <br /> electric and gas meters have been removed. <br /> 1165 E.Clay. This property was posted as unfit for Human Habitation on July 27, 2017 due to a roof <br /> collapse and structural deficiencies. Water service was terminated on February 2, 2005.
