x ' <br /> HOLM HARMLESS and INDE MNIFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Lock,Stock&Barrel,hereafter referred to as the"sponsoring agency",for itself,and its successors <br /> and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur, Illinois, its officers, agents, and <br /> employees harmless against any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may sustain as a <br /> result of any suits, actions, or claims of any character brought on account of property damage, <br /> injury to,or death of any person or persons,which may arise in connection with the use of City of <br /> Decatur property, 100 block of South Oakland Avenue, for Lock, Stock&Barrel Bike Night on <br /> the following date and time: <br /> Thursday,August 9,2018 5:00 p.m.—8:00 p.m. <br /> by the sponsoring agency,its officers,agents,employees,and registrants. <br /> Furthermore,the sponsoring agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third party <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an amount not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 aggregate,for property damage,and personal and bodily injury,including death. <br /> If pernussion is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount <br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided.
