RESOLUTION NO. 82018-52 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY RIDER TO THE HIGHWAY PERMIT WITH <br /> THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANPORTATION FOR LOVES TRAVEL <br /> CENTERS AND COUNTRY STORE, INC. <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Rider to the Highway Permit presented to the City Council <br /> herewith between the City of Decatur and the Illinois Department of Transportation regarding <br /> the improvement and upgrade to the intersection of County Fair Road and Illinois Route 121 and <br /> the same is hereby received placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
