ORDINANCE NO. 2 018-2 6 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 56 - <br /> -REFUSE AND RECYCLABLES REMOVAL- <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 56 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby modified and amended by adding language to Section 18. Said Section 18 as so <br /> modified, amended and added, shall provide as follows: <br /> 18. PAYMENT REQUIRED. <br /> All owners of residential premises in the City shall subscribe to, and be a <br /> customer of, the licensee for refuse and recyclables removal for the <br /> residential area containing said premises, as described herein, and it shall be <br /> unlawful, and a violation of this section, for any such owner to fail at any <br /> time to be fully and lawfully entitled to receive refuse and recyclables <br /> removal service from such licensee.
