RESOLUTION NO. R 2018-92 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INDEFEASIBLE RIGHT OF USE <br /> AGREEMENT AND ASSOCIATED SALES ORDER WITH MILLIKIN <br /> UNIVERSITY TO OBTAIN DARK FIBER FROM THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR FIBER NETWORK <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Indefeasible Right of Use Agreement presented herewith to the City <br /> Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and Millikin University, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
