Attachment 4 includes soil analytical
results and Attachment 5 includes groundwater analytical results. A certified laboratory report
Is included as Attachment 6.
Solt analytical results indicate the following chemicals exceed Tier I TACO Remediation
Objectives for at least one(1)exposure route:
Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)
• cis-1,2-Dichloroethene
• 1,2-Dichtoropropane
• Tetrachloroethene
• Trichloroethene
• 2-Methylnaphthalene
No soil exceedances were found for SVOCs, PCBs,or RCRA 8 Metals.
Groundwater analytical results indicate the following chemicals to exceed Tier I TACO
Remediation Objectives:
Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs)
• 1,2-Dichloroethane
• 1,1-Dichloroethene
cis-1,2-Dichloroethene
• 1,2-Dichloropropane
• Ethylbenzene
• Tetrachloroethene
• Toluene
• Trichtoroethene
• Vinyl chloride
Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds(SVOCs)
• Indeno(1,2,3-cd)pyrene
• 2-Methylnaphthalene
• Naphthalene
Inorganics
• Lead
No PCBs were detected in groundwater
