That upon compliance with the conditions described herein,and in the site plan <br /> attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof as Exhibit A, said herein that a Conditional Use <br /> Permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Christina Ly as the petitioner, and only to Christina Ly to <br /> allow for mixed use-residential and any combination of office and/or commercial in one building <br /> in the B-2 Commercial District. <br /> 1. Two full sets of sealed architecture plans will be required due to the change in use of the <br /> building. <br /> 2. All residential units must be protected with an automatic sprinkler system, if three (3) or <br /> more residential units are proposed. <br /> 3. No more than fifty(50)percent of the number of units can be residential units. <br /> 4. All off-street parking shall meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 5.
