RESOLUTION NO. R2018- 1 1 0 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING INTERFUND LOAN <br /> BETWEEN VARIOUS CITY FUNDS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City of Decatur, through the City Manager and the Finance <br /> Director authorize an Interfund Loan between the Water Fund and the Capital Project <br /> Fund to finance the 2018 Public Works Energy Savings Project 2018-07. <br /> Section 2. That the amount of the Interfund Loan will not exceed $2,000,000 and <br /> will be repaid before the end of fiscal year ending 2031. <br /> Section 3. To the extent that General Fund revenues allow,the City will repay the <br /> Interfund Loan before the end of fiscal year 2025. <br /> Section 4.
