RESOLUTION NO. R2018-112 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HIGHWAY PERMIT WITH <br /> THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br /> THE RECONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY FAIR DRIVE <br /> NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the Highway Permit presented to the City Council herewith between the <br /> City of Decatur and the Illinois Department of Transportation regarding work within the right-of- <br /> way of the Illinois Department of Transportation as part of the reconstruction of County Fair <br /> Drive, City Project 2018-26, and the same is hereby received placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
