RESOLUTION NO. R2018 - 1 1 8 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXCESS WORKERS COMPENSATION <br /> INSURANCE COVERAGE FOR THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS <br /> FOR THE POLICY PERIOD OCTOBER 1,2018 TO OCTOBER 1,2019 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur current business insurance coverage shall <br /> expire September 30, 2018, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur is in need of excess workers compensation <br /> insurance coverage for the period October 1, 2018 through October 1,2019; and <br /> WHEREAS, Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc. has secured <br /> quotes on the City's behalf for excess workers compensation insurance for the period <br /> October 1, 2018 through October 1, 2019; and, <br /> WHEREAS, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty Mutual Holding <br /> Company, Inc.)has submitted a quote to supply excess workers compensation insurance <br /> in the amount of$611,957.00.00. <br /> BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the quote of Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (Liberty <br /> Mutual Holding Company, Inc.) to supply excess workers compensation insurance in <br /> the amount of$611,957.00 to the City of Decatur be, and the same is hereby, accepted <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2.
