Warren& Co. 4th Addition as per <br /> plat recorded in Book 93 on page 11 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois and West of Block 1 of Durfee Warren & Co. 2nd Addition as per plat recorded in Book <br /> 50 on page 371 in said Recorder's Office and being more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 15 in Block 1 of said Durfee Warren& Co. 2nd <br /> Addition; thence South along the West lot lines of Lots 15 and 16 to the Southwest corner of said <br /> Lot 16; thence West to the Southeast corner of Lot 12 in Block 1 of said J.K.
