HOLD HARMLESS and iI�..TD�A'€NTFICATION AGREEMENT <br /> Decatur's Srnokin' BBQ Pestival;hereafter refened to as the"sponsaring agency",for itself,and <br /> its successors and assigns, agrees to indemnify and save the City of Decatur,Illinois, its officers, <br /> agents, and employees harmless againsi any and all loss, damage, or expense that it or they may <br /> sustain as a result of an.y suits, actians, or claims of any character brought on account of property <br /> damage, injury to, or death of any person or persons,which may arise in connection with the use <br /> of City of Decatur property, for the Decatur's Smokin� BBQ Festival on the following dates and <br /> rimes: <br /> Friday, October 5,2018 4:00 p.m.— 10:00 p.m. <br /> Saturday, October 6,201$ 11:00 a.m.— 10:00 p.m. <br /> by the sponsoring agency,its officers,agents,employees, and registrants. <br /> Furthermore,the sponsorin�agency agrees to provide the City of Decatur evidence of third parry <br /> liability insurance coverage for the event in an arnount not less than $1,000,000 per occwrrence, <br /> and$2,000,000 ag�regate, for property damage, and personal and bodily injury,including death. <br /> If permission is granted for this event,evidence of liquor liability insurance coverage in an amount <br /> not less than$1,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate must also be provided.
