Crossing Healthcare moved to the
area in 2014/2015. Over the last two years, Northeast Community Fund has reeeived approva!
to proceed with a new building in the same area. This proposed Planned Development will
incorporate both of these uses, as well as four new buildings. One building will be a new home
for BabyTAll<, a local early childhood development non-profit. The other three buildings will be
part of an opioid rehabilitation pragram. The inpatient building will accommodate 56 patients in
their first phase of rehabilitation. The dormitory building will serve up to 64 patients who
transition to the second phase of care. Those residents will utilize medical services in the
inpatient and outpatient buildings. The outpatient building will include medical offices for
patients in the dormitory and those who have transitioned to home. In addition, the building will
contain activities for Phase 1 and Phase 2 patients, including a gym, a sports court, a theater
room, and a playground for visiting family members. All buildings, except for the Northeast
Community Fund, will be owned and managed by Crossing Healthcare.
