Dat e Recorded: 9/20/2018 8:05:22 AM r�9`��'�a v�,r� ORDINANCE NO. 2 01 8—4 8 AMENDED ORDINANCE VACATING PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY -IN THE 400-599 BLOCKS OF EAST CENTRAL AVENUE AND THE 900-999 BLOCKS OF NORTH WARREN STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND TO VACATE THE ALLEY RIGHTS-OF-WAY LOCATED BETWEEN THE 200-599 BLOCKS OF EAST WABASH AVENUE AND EAST CENTRAL AVENUE,BETWEEN THE 400 BLOCKS OF EAST CENTRAL AVENUE AND EAST KING STREET,BETWEEN THE 200 BLOCKS OF EAST CENTRAL AVENUE AND EAST KING STREET,BETWEEN THE 800 BLOCKS OF NORTH WARREN STREET AND NORTH WATER STREET,BETWEEN THE 900 BLOCKS OF NORTH WARREN STREET AND NORTH WATER STREET,AND BETWEEN THE 200-599 BLOCKS OF EAST KING STREET AND EAST MARIETTA STREET- WHEREAS, a proposal has been initiated by the City of Decatur to vacate certain public rights-of-way as part of the planned Wabash Community Care Campus redevelopment project in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and legally described as: STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATIONS PARCEL 1 A part of Warren Street being a Sixty(60}foot right of way lying North of King Street and South of East Marietta Street and lying East of Block 1 of J.K. Warren &Co.4th Addirion as per plat recorded in Book 93 on page 11 of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois and West of Block 1 of Durfee Warren&Co. 2nd Addition as per plat recorded in Book 50 on page 371 in said Recorder's Office and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 15 in Block 1 of said Durfee Warren&Co. 2nd Addition;thence South along the West lot lines of Lots 15 and 16 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence West to the Southeast corner of Lot 12 in Block 1 of said J.K. Warren&Co. 4th Addition; thence North along the East lot lines of Lots 12 and 1 to the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence East to the place of beginning.
