RESOLUTION NO. ��n 1 8-131 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> STEVE'S TRUCHING, INC., FOR <br /> DEMOLITION OF LIBRARY ANNEX <br /> 444 EAST MAIN STREET <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the tabulation of bids received for the demolition of the Library <br /> Annex located at 444 East Main Street, Decatur, Illinois, and presented to the Council <br /> herewith, be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 2. That the bid of Steve's Trucking, Inc., in the amount of$123,500 be, and <br /> it is hereby accepted, and an agreement awarded, accordingly. <br /> Section 3.
