That fihe Lift Station Easement and Access Agreement presented to the City <br /> Councii herewith and attached as E�ibit l,between the City af Decatur and Ciifford Masan, for <br /> the fallawing legal description be, and it is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> EASEMENT FQR SANITARY PUMP STATION <br /> A part of Lot 16 of County Fair CornmerciaUIndustriai Park II as per plat recorded in <br /> Boak 1832 on page 14$ of the records in#he Recorder's Offzce of Macon County, <br /> Illinois. <br /> Said PERMANENT EASEMENT described as follaws.
