An Amended Ordinance arnending Ordinance 2018-22 approved on May 21,2018 and authorizing the execution of a Lift <br /> Station Easement and Access Agreement between the City of Decatur and Clifford Mason. <br /> 2. An Ordinance autharizing the execution of a utility easement between the City of Decatur and Central Illinois Bank as <br /> Tnzstee under Trust No. 90-SOb9. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Love's Travel Stop has provided the City additional easements for the construction of the water main and sanitary sewer pump <br /> station infrastructure built by Love's far the City, see E�ibit l. <br /> Sanitary Sewer Pump Station: <br /> Love's Travel Stop Contractors found during construction,a canflict in the location of the sanitary sewer pump station. The <br /> praposed solation requires the relocatian of the station,which requires the previously recorded easement be amended. <br /> Water Main Utility Easement: <br /> The Love's site requires a water rnain loop from County Fair Drive to the water main at Ash AvenuelInterstate 72. The easement <br /> with the property owner agrees to allow the 3-2"taps,waiving the tapping charge. Costs to install and tap the main will be paid <br /> for by Love's. <br /> SCHEDULE: Work for the Love's Travel Stop construction is ongoing. <br /> LEGAL REVIEW: The easement was reviewed and approved by Legal Counsel. <br /> PRIOR COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> May 21,201$-Council approved Resalution R2018-51 authorizing a Redevelopment Agreement Love's Travel Stops and <br /> Countty Stores, Inc. <br /> May 21,201$-Council approved Resolutian R2018-52 authorizing a City Rider to the Highway Permit with Illinois Department <br /> of Transportation for Lave's Travel Center and Cauntry Stores,Inc. <br /> May 21,2018-Council approved Resolution R2018-53 authorizing a temporary construction easement between the City of <br /> Decatur and Clifford Mason. <br /> Page 1 af 2 <br />
