Said proposed overall I-OL District(zoned <br /> O-1 Office District) is legally described as follows: <br /> A part of the east half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 16 North, <br /> Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian,Macon County, Illinois said part more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point,on the East right-of-way line of Monroe Street,said point being <br /> the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of Doctor's Subdivision(Book 1832, Page 229), said <br /> point also being the Northwest corner of Monroe Park; thence north along the said <br /> east right-of-way line of Monroe Street to the north right-of-way line of McKinley <br /> Avenue; thence east along the said north right-of-way line of McKinley Avenue to <br /> the southwest corner of DMH Community Services Addition(Book 1832/Page 599); <br /> thence north along the west line of said DMH Community Services Addition to the <br /> northwest corner of said Addition; thence east along the north line of said Addition <br /> to the west right-of-way line of Union Boulevard;thence north along said west right- <br /> of-way of Union Boulevard to the north right-of-way line of Damon Avenue <br /> extended west to intersect the west right-of-way line of Union Boulevard; thence <br /> east along the north right-of-way line of Damon Avenue to the southwest corner of <br /> Lot Eleven(11) in B lock Two(2) of Pythian Home Addition;thence south along the <br /> east right-of-way line of the 20 foot wide alley in Block Two(2),Block Five(5)and <br /> Block Eight (8) of Pythian Home Addition to the north right-of-way line of <br /> McKinley Avenue; thence east along the said north right-of-way line to the west <br /> right-of-way line of Main Street; thence south along the said west right-of-way of <br /> Main Street to the south right-of-way of Kellar Lane; thence west along the said <br /> south right-of-way line of Kellar Lane to the west right-of-way line of Church Street; <br /> thence north along the said west right-of-way line of Church Street to the southeast <br /> �k-� <br />
