B. FURNISH INFORMATION. C. FLJRNTSi�i TECHNiCAL iNF()RMATION. Furnish to the Consulting Engineer, as required for performance of the Consulting Engineer's Basic Services(except to the eYtent provided otherwise in Exhibit A, "Scope af Work"),data prepared by or services af others, including without iimitati�n, core borings, probings and subsurface explorations,hydrographic surveys,laboratory tests and inspections af samples,materials and equipment;appropriate professianal interpre#ations of alI of#he foregoing;environmental assessrnent and impact statements; property, boundary, easement,right-ot- tvay,topographic and utility surveys;property descriptions; zanit��,deed at�d other land use restriction; all �af which the Consulting Engineer rnay rely upon in performing the Consulting Engineer's sexvices, D. E. ACCESS TO PROPERTY. F. REVIEW D4CUMENTS. Esamine aIl studies,reports, sketches, dra��ings,specifications, proposals and other documents presented by the Consulting Engineer,obtain advice of an attnmey, insurance counselor and other consultants as the City"s Representative deems appropriate for such examination and render in writing decisians perCaining thereto within a reasonable time so as��ot to delay the services of the Consutting Engineer. G, OBTAIN APPROVALS AND PERMITS. Furnish appravals and permits fro�n all governmental authc�rities having jurisdiction over the Project and such approvats and consents from others as may be necessary far completion of the Project. H. ACC011NTING LEGAL AND INSURANCE SERVICE. Provide such accounting, independent cost estimating and insurance cgunseling services as may be required for the Praject, s�.ich legal services as the City's Representative n�ay require or the Consulting Engineer may reasanably requ�st with re�artl to lega(issues pertaining to the Praject incluciing any that may be raised by the Contractor(s),such auditing service as tl�e City"s Representative may require to ascertain how or for what purpose any Cantractar has used the moneys paid to him under the canstruction contract,and such inspectian services as the City's Representative may require tn ascertain that the Contractor(s}are complying with any law, rule or regulation applicable to Cheir perf�rmance of the��ork eacept as atherwise pravided in Sectian Tt.
