Matt <br /> Newell will attend the City Council meeting to answer any questions of the Council on this item. <br /> LEGAL REVIEW: The Ordinance was sent to Legal for review and was approved by Corporation <br /> Counsel on October 8, 2018. <br /> BUDGET IMPLICATIONS: <br /> Budget Impact: The proposed loan agreement authorizes the City to borrow up to $7,900,000 from the <br /> Water Pollution Control Loan Program. If the loan is for the full amount shown, the repayment will be <br /> approximately $474,800 per year,paid semiannually over the 20 yeax life of the loan.
