(D) The owner or operator of any structure subject hereto shall, at all times, keep a key in <br /> the lock box that will permit access to the structure. <br /> (E) The owner or operator of any structure subject hereto shall notify the Fire Department <br /> of any changes to the key lock box system. <br /> (F) The Fire Chief shall be authorized to implement rules and regulations governing the use <br /> of any key lock box system. (IFC 2015 Section 506) <br /> 22. RULES AND REGULATIONS. The fire official may promulgate, publish and <br /> enforce reasonable rules and regulations to provide for procedures and practices and to otherwise <br /> implement the provisions, and to carry out the intent and purposes hereof. <br />
