ORDINANCE NO. 2 01 8-6 4 ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE CHAPTER 67 BUILDING CODE BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section 1. That Chapter 67 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by amending Section 2, so that Section 2 as so modified and amended, shall provide as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. Section 2. That Chapter 67 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by amending Section 5, so that Section 5 as so modified and amended, shall provide as set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. Section 3. That Chapter 67 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by amending Section 6, so that Section 6 as so modified and amended, shall provide as set forth in Exhibit C attached hereto. Section 4. That Chapter 67 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by amending Section 7, so that Section 7 as so modified and amended, shall provide as set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto. Section 5. That this Ordinance amendment shall become effective on January 1, 2019. Section 6. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause the provisions hereof to be appropriately set out in the City code and to cause the same to be published in pamphlet form according to law.
