<br /> (-� ���--���-#�: Penalty. That no person, firm or corporation shall erect, construct,
<br /> alter, extend, repair, remave, demalish, maintain, operate, use or occupy any structure or
<br /> equipment regulated by the provisions of this chapter or af the Code adopted hereby, or by
<br /> the ru�es ar directives pramulgated or notices issued thereunder, or cause the same to be
<br /> done, contrary ta or in conflict with ar in violation of any of said provisions, rules,
<br /> directive or notices, and any person, firm or corporation violating or found to be in

<br /> 8. PENALTY. (A) That no person, firm or corporation shall erect, construct, alter,
<br /> extend, repair, remove, demalish, maintain, aperate, use or occupy any structure or equipment
<br /> regulated by the provisions of this Chapter ar of the Code adapted hereby, or by the rules or
<br /> directives promulgated or natices issued thereunder, or cause the same to be done, cantrary to or
<br /> in conflict with or in violation of any of said provisions, rules, directives or notices, and, except
<br /> as pravided in subsectians (B) and (C) hereof, any person, firm ar carporation violating or found
<br /> to be in vialation thereaf shall be fined not less than One Hundred Fifty Dallars {$150.00) nor
<br /> more than Two Thousand L7ollars {$2,044.0(?) for each offense, and each day an which a
<br /> violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate offense.
