NOTICE TO BIQDERS <br /> The City of Decatur will receive sealed bids to furnish <br /> Bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m, , Central Standard Time, <br /> on December 18, 2018 at the City of uecatur, Purchasing & Inter- <br /> nal Services Division, #1 Gary K. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illi- <br /> nois, 62523 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. <br /> Bids shall be submitted to the Purchasing office on the first <br /> floor of the Civic Center. <br /> All bids must be marked in the bottom left-hand corner with the <br /> following: "SEALED BID FOR ACOUSTIC INSPECTION SYSTEM PUR2018-6. <br /> 5pecifications and proposal forms may be obtained from the Pur- <br /> chasing office on the first floor of the Civic Center, #1 Gary <br /> tc. Anderson Plaza, �ecatur, zllinois 62523. <br /> The Council of the City of Decatur, Illinois reserves the right <br /> to accept, renegotiate or reject any or all proposals and to <br /> waive any variance from the requirements of the instruction for <br /> bidders. The Council further reserves the right to award the <br /> contract to the bidder which, in the opinion of Council , will <br /> best serve the public interest, and the criteria listed herein <br /> shall be subordinate to the discretion of Council wifih regard <br /> thereto.
