Decatur Transifional]Housing Complex <br /> � The Purpose: The Decatur Transitional Housing Complex(DTHC)purpose is to provide.adult <br /> transitional housing for social service agencies, churches,non pxofit azid other organizations <br /> clients. <br /> The Goal: To pariner with existing agencies across Decatur and tlae Central Illinais region ta <br /> provide emergency and short term housing for their clients. <br /> Emplayment: <br /> 1 -Full time administratar-This employee will be respc�nsible far overseeing the entire <br /> operations and getting necessary paperwork to the accountant and billing DTHC clients. <br /> 3 -Full time desk clerks-Tl�ese employees will monitor surveillance eameras and <br /> residents 24 hours a day going in and out of the Complex <br /> 3 -Part time desk clerks-They will work weekends to do the same as above desk clerks <br /> 1 -Part time hause keeper-This employee will provide clean Iinens and do minar <br /> cleaning dai�y <br /> 1 -Part time janitar/maintenance worker-This employee wzli be respansible far <br /> cleaning,all floaring and minor maintenance wark at the Camplex <br /> Kitchen & Dinning Area: <br /> The kitchen will be operated by a non-profit organization-Ambassadors For Christ <br /> Ministries{AFCM} <br /> a,AFCM will provide food for each meai <br /> ( <br /> Madular Traiier: <br /> The trailer will be used to host different venues <br /> a. Jab fairs <br /> b,Long term housing seminars <br /> c. Financial empowerment seminars <br /> d. GED classes <br /> e.Programs that will assist individua.is in re-establishing stability in their lives <br /> The DTHC Residents WiII Cansist of the Following Adults: <br /> a. Low income <br /> b. People with vouchers from local, state and federal organizatians <br /> c.
