C1TY O� DECATUR <br /> CCIMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br /> This Cammunity Deveiopment Block Grant Subrecipient Agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is <br /> made an this 18th af March 2019, by anc! be#ween the City of Decatur, an Illinois Municipa! <br /> Carporation (hereinafter"CITY") and Old King's Orchard Community Center(hereinafter <br /> !lSUBRECIPIENT"}. <br /> WNElZEAS,the Grantee has applied for and received funds from the United States Governr�-�ent <br /> the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development ("`HUD") under Title 24 af the Code of <br /> Federat Regulatians, Part 570 and 2 CFR Part 200 of Uniform Adrrtinistrative Requirements, Cast <br /> Principles and Audit Requirements and . <br /> WHEREAS,the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the City in utilizing such fiunds in <br /> accordance with HUD guidelines and Federal regulatians; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> I. APPENDICES TO AGREEMENT:All Appendices (A thraugh D) attached to this Agreement <br /> are incorparated and made a part af this Agreement as referenced herein. <br /> SUBRECIPIENT agrees to abide by and fo!!ow af!terms and conditians as set farth in saici <br /> Appendices. <br /> II. WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY SUBRECIPIENT: In exchange for receiving CDBG grant <br /> funds from the C1TY for the Adult Education Trainin�Pro�ram {hereinafter "Pragram"}, <br /> the SURRECIPIENT shall be responsible for administering the Program in a manner <br /> satisfactory ta the CiTY and substantially consistent with any standards and regulations <br /> that are specified in#his Agreement and adherence to the sarrte is a condition of <br /> providing these funds. SUBRECIPIENT commits to the Program goals, including(1)the <br /> nurnber of people ta be served �2}the number of pragram participants who are <br /> expected ta be Decatur residents, and (3)the number of program participants who shall <br /> meet HUD's definition af low or moderate-income persons, and outcame measures. <br /> SUBRECIPIENT agrees ta expend the total amount af CDBG funds covered in this <br /> Agreement, soiely for the agreed upon activities and in accordance with the conditions <br /> autlined in this Agreement and the Program budget in Appendix B. <br /> 1 <br /> EXHIBtT A <br />
