R a a� �-�o <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING VVEED REM(}VAL CaNTRACT <br /> AZUISH ENTERPRISE LLC <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur salicited bids to hire private cantractors ta provide weed <br /> removal and mowing services on lots owned by the Macan Caunty Trustee which have been <br /> divided into 21 districts; and, <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends Districts 4, 8, 1 Q, 16, 17, 2Q and 21 be awarded to Azuish <br /> Bnterprise LLC ending December 31, 2019. <br /> NOW, THEREF4RE, BE IT RES4LVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> QF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.
