That there is hereby appropriated the sum of$4QQ,440.00 of State Motor Fuel <br /> T�funds ft�r the purpose of resurfacing streets and highways under the applicable provisions of <br /> the Itlinois Highway Code. <br /> Section 2. That only thase streets,highways; and operations as listed and described as <br /> part of the City's Street Restoration Project, are eligibie for State Motar Fuel Tax funds and shail <br /> be designated as Section I9-00908-00-FP. <br /> Section 3. That the Cierk shall, as soon as pxacticable after the clase of the periad as <br /> given above, subrnit to the Departrnent af Transportation on forms furnished by sazd Department, <br /> a certified staternent showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s}for <br /> this period; and <br /> Section 4.
