ETHICS IN PUBL{C C�NTRAGTING The Contractor certifies that the Conuact has been entered into without collusion or fraud and that they have not offered or received any kickbecks or inducements from any other offeror, supplier, manufacturec or subcontractor in � co�nection with their submitted proposal or this resulting Contract, and that they have not confened on any Commonwealth public body or Authorized User empbyee having official responsibility for ardering Equipment, Products or Services provided through this solicitation and Contract process, any payment, loan, subscription, advance, deposit of money, services or anything of more than nominal value, present or promised, unless consideration of substantially equal or greater value was exchanged. ` 13. IMMIGRATION REFORM AND CONTROL ACT OP 1986 By entering into this Contract with the Commonwealtti of Vrginia,the Contractor certifies that the Contractor does not, • and shall not during the pertormance of the Contract for goods and services in the Commonwealth,knawingly employ � an unauthorized alie�as defined in the Federai Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. 14. DESARMENT STATUS Contractor ce�t�es that they are not currently debarred by the Commonwealth of Virginia from submitting a response for the type of Goods andlor Services covered by this Cantract. Cont�actor further certiFies that they are not debaRed from fiUing any Order or accepting any resulting Order, or that they are an agent of any person or entity that is currently debarred by the Commonwealth of Virginia. 15. AMTITRUST By ente�ing into this Contract, the Contractor conveys,sells, assigns, and transfers to the Commonwealth of Virginia all rights, titla and interest in and to all causes of action it may now have or hereafter acquire under the antif�ust laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia, relating to the particular goods_or services purchased or acquired by the Commonwealth of Virginia under said Contract. 16. PAYMENT A. To Prime Contractor: 1. Invoices for items ordered, delivered and accepted shall be submitted by the Contractor directly to the payment address shown on the purchase ordedcontract_ All invoices shall show the state contract number and/o�purchase order number.
