*** Proaf of Publication *** esta�usn pro�ect ngnc-or•way line and muivaily determi�e the disposition of encraachments, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF QECATUR,ILLINOIS: Section 1. It shall be uniawful for any person,firm or corpora- tion to erect or cause to be erected, to retain or cause to be retained, any encroachment (herein above defined), except as provided in Section 3,withm the limits of the project right- of-way or the roadway right-of- way where no project right-of- way limits have been establish- ed. Section 2. The Project right-of- way limits have been establish- ed and shown in the pians. Section 3. No revxable per- mits have been issued by the State for the temporary reten- tion of PERMIBSIBLE EN- CROACHMENTS. Section 4. This ordinance is intended to be and shall be in addition to all other ordinances, rules and regulations concern- ing encroachment and shall not be construed as rescinding or repealing any other ordinance or part of any ordinance u�less it is m direct conflict therewith. Section 5. Any person, firm or corporation violating this ordi- nance shali be fined not less than $10.00 �or more than $500.00 for each offense and separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every day during which a violation continues or exists. Section 6. This ordinance shali be pubiished one time within ten days after its passage in a newspaper having a general circulation in the CITY OF DECATUR, Macon County, Oli- nois, and shall be in fult force and effect after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
