STREET}FRQM <br /> FAIRVIEW AVENUE TO CHURCH STREET BY MUNICIPALITY <br /> UNI}ER THE ILLINOIS HIGI�WAY�4DE <br /> CITY PROJECT 2019-32 <br /> NUW THEREFQR�,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNeIL OF TI�E CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That there is hereby appropriated the sum c�f$6I,800.00 of State Motor Fuel Tax funds for <br /> the purpose af resurfacing streets and highways under the applicable provisians of the Illinois High- <br /> way Code. <br /> Section 2. That only those streets,highways, and operations as listed and described as part of the <br /> LT.S. 36 (Eldarado Street) from Fairview Avenue to Church Street, are eligible far State Motar Fuel <br /> Tax funds and shall be designated as Sectian 19-00932-00-TL. <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk shall, as soan as practicable after the close af the period as given above, <br /> submit to the Department c�f Transpc�rtation on forms furnished by said Department, a certified state- <br /> ment showing expenditures from and balances remaining in the account(s) for this period; and <br /> Sectian 4.
