-2- <br /> In 2014, B&W Contral Systems Integration, LLC (now Concentric Integration, LLC) provided <br /> significant upgrade and expansion services to the SCADA system. City staff were impressed with <br /> the firrn's technical expertise and averall performance. Since then,the firm has provided SCADA <br /> support services to the City. <br /> The current agreement expired on December 31,2018. Therefore, since Concentric Integration is <br /> the firrn that is most familiar with the plant's SCADA system, provides high quality services, and <br /> is lacated in Illinais, it is recommended that Concentric Integration be awarded a two year <br /> agreement effective April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2021 for a total fee of$70,1OS (an average of <br /> $35,052.50 annually}. For comparison,the 2017 fee was$38,016 and the 2018 fee was$�8,339. <br /> Annual fees vary depending on when specific SCADA hardware and saftware support and <br /> extended warranty agreements need to be renewed. <br /> Concentric Integration will provide the fallowing SCADA services: <br /> • Perfarm continuaus proactive system maintenance - see page 6 of the agreement for <br /> details <br /> • Renew hardware and software support and extended warranty agreements - see pages 9 <br /> and I O af the agreement far details <br /> • Perform reactive maintenance as needed,24 hours a day, 7 days per week <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: These services are annually included in the Water <br /> Production operating budget.
