19g4829 ,���, � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. ��--�� �oU�,�SH TqNNe :` <br /> ���o�;a r f, <br /> ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY FROM <br /> M-2 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO M-1 INTENSE COMMERCIAL-LIGHT <br /> INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT <br /> -805 WEST GREEN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4�h day of April 2019, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of MERCER RETALS, LLC to rezone <br /> premises legally described as: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the Northwest corner of Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2)of E.B. <br /> Durfee's Second Addition and the previously vacated East Right of Way line of North Pine <br /> Street by Ordinance No. 2013-75, running thence South along the East Right of Way line of <br /> said previously vacated North Pine Street, 66 feet, more or less, to a point on the North line <br /> of the tract previously owned by the Illinois Central Railroad Company, said point also being <br /> the Northeast corner of the previously vacated North Pine Street by Ordinance No. 5888 <br /> Recorded in Book 1787, Page 59 of the Records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; thence Northwesterly along the North line of said previously vacated North Pine <br /> Street to a point of intersection of the said North line of the tract previously owned by the <br /> Illinois Central Railroad Company and the Centerline of said previously vacated North Pine <br /> Street; thence North along the said Centerline of said previously vacated North Pine Street, <br /> 50.51 feet, more or less, to the intersection of the westerly extension of the North lot line of <br /> said Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2) of E.B. Durfee's Second Addition and the Centerline of <br /> said previously vacated North Pine Street;thence East 30 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Parcel Index Number: 04-12-10-381-008 <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be hereby, <br /> received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
