The remaining is zoned M-1 Intense Commercial— <br /> Light Industrial District. In 2013,the same petitioner vacated North Pine Street south of West <br /> Green Street(Ordinance 2013-75). The vacated portion of the street is zoned M-1 and the <br /> southern portion is zoned M-2.
