i " <br /> ORDINANCE NQ. 2419-�� <br /> 4RDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONSUMPTIGIN OF <br /> ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR IN CENTRAL PARK <br /> -DECATUR AREA ARTS COUNCIL- <br /> -ARTS IN CENTRAL PARK 2019- <br /> WHEREAS,the Decatur Area Arks Council has planned its "Arts In Central Park 2019"event, <br /> with its Preview Party schedu]ed for Friday, September 20,20I9;and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention af the Decatur Area Arts Council to serve wine to its patrons age <br /> 21 and older for consumption at this event;and <br /> WHEREAS, such consumption of alcoholic liquor in Central Park requires the express approval <br /> of the City Council;and, <br /> WHEREAS,the Council finds that it would be in the best interest ofthe Decatur Area Arts <br /> Council and af the City af Decatur that such cansumption of alcahalic liquor as described be permitted <br /> for said limited time period. <br /> NOW, THEREPORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR,ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1.That an the day listed herein,and anly on stzch day,between the hours listed opposite <br /> each,the above named alcoholic beverage only may be cansumed in Central Park located in downtown <br /> Decatur, said day and hours being particularly described as follows: <br /> Friday, September 20,2019 5:00 p.m. -7:00 p.m. <br /> Section 2.
